Now lets look at how to calculate overtime on working days as regulated in article 11 paragraph (a) of Minister of Manpower and Transmigration Decree No.102/MEN/VI/2004.For weekdays on weekdays• The first hour is paid at 1.5 times the hourly wage. The formula becomes, 1.5 x 1/173 x monthly wages• For each subsequent hour of work you must be paid wages equal to 2 times the hourly wage. The formula becomes, 2 x 1/173 x monthly wages For overtime formula on holidays• For companies with 5 working days, the rate is 2x hourly wages for the first 8 hours, 3x hourly wages for the 9th hour and 4x hourly wages for the 10th and 11th hours.• For companies with 6 working days, the rate is 2x hourly wages for the first 7 hours, 3x hourly wages for the 8th hour, and 4x hourly wages for the 9th and 10th hours.We hope that this application can provide benefits in recording employee overtime.
